Hey there! I'm Jake. I am a Director, Consultant, and Business Owner with a background in operations, management, finance, and real estate. I graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (the best school). 

I joined the management consulting group, Ignite Consulting, in 2016 where I have been directing our internal operations and providing change management services for our Fortune 500 clients ever since. I am responsible for website design and management, accounting, invoicing, team management, IT implementation and management, media, HR, and admin. I also work with our consultants to develop and execute project and change plans. My skills and experience help Ignite Consulting, Nomad Ventures (a real estate investment company I co-founded), and clients from all walks of life, in developing and implementing business solutions.

On the personal side, I am known for my continuous pursuit of new travels and shameless adoration of dogs (shoutout Coop and Pop). When not working on business, I enjoy being outdoors. Whether it's snowboarding, hiking, golf, reading in a hammock, or accidentally burning my marshmallow on a campfire; the importance of work/life balance is vital to me.
